The base price for hosting and reserving the tent at Rockhound Rock Shop's Trading Post is $50. This will include decoration such as balloons, a banner that says Happy Birthday, a 10 x 20 tent with picnic tables under it. You can purchase addons before checkout if you wish to add to your party. This tent is good for about 16 kids or less. If you want a larger party than this, please contact us before checking out.

 

**Please note, all parties need to be scheduled 30 days or more in advance, especially if you are asking for a character or person to come like face-painter or clown. Any specialty upgrades are subject to the 3rd party's availability. We will need a $50 non-refundable deposit when we confirm the date.

 

Once you have completed checkout, someone from our store will contact you about flavors of cake/cupcakes, lunch or dinner specifics, etc.
